Professor Cheng Qiancai was awarded as a fellow of the WAPS.

The World Academy of Productivity Sciences (WAPS) is an important component of the World Confederation of Productivity Sciences (WCPS). The World Confederation of Productivity Sciences was established in 1969 with the goal of promoting productivity in various sectors of the national economy, improving work quality, raising living standards, and creating world peace and prosperity through productivity advancement.

Professor Cheng Qiancai was born in 1932 and grew up in a family of traditional Chinese medicine. He is a descendant of Cheng Yaojin, a founding father of the Tang Dynasty, and is a well-known expert in traditional Chinese medicine for anti-aging.Professor Cheng Qiancai has seven anti-aging patent technologies, including five Chinese patents and two international patents. He enjoys the expert subsidy award of the State Council for outstanding contributions. He used to be the director of Changsha Cheng Qiansen Traditional Chinese Medicine High-tech Research Institute, a member of the China Famous Doctors Association, and the inventor of the China International Youth and Beauty Project. He has won the sixth and seventh national high-tech patent gold medal in China, and was awarded the national honorary titles of "outstanding figure in traditional medicine of the world" and "successful person in medicine of the world". In 1999, he was awarded the highest gold medal of international medical invention by Harvard University. In China, he was also selected as the "Red Classic News Personality Award for Grassroots Construction of the Republic". In 2020, Shenzhen Shuangke Medical Research Institute hired Professor Cheng Qiancai as the honorary president of the institute for life.
